Allied Health Leaders Peer Coaching Practice Group March 2023

This is a free monthly session available for anyone who has graduated from my Flourishing Leaders group coaching program or other organisation-sponsored online group leadership coaching program.

The focus is on practice of peer coaching in pairs to help allied health leaders move forward in the ongoing application of their leadership and management skills.

You literally log on and are paired with another allied health leader, just like you, who has completed their group coaching program and wants to continue to access and practice peer coaching!

There is also time for an open Q&A to help you embed your coaching skills in your professional role, post program.
