Choose from a 10-hour coaching package to work towards several coaching goals; or a session by session coaching engagement, with the option to commence with the iWAM performance tool.

The 10 hour coaching package includes:

​

• The Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations (iWAM) performance tool, including your online completion of the tool, 2 hour individual debrief of your results, and 3 written reports for you to keep.  The debrief session validates the iWAM results, and supports you to understand your results and set goals for your coaching program, through a deeper understanding of what is naturally motivating and energising to you at work, and how this might be harnessed, or coached, for your professional role.

• A further 8 hours of individual performance coaching, in 1 to 1.5 hour sessions

• Check-in phone and email support in between sessions available as required

• Easy scheduling of sessions via an online platform

• Automatic tracking of coaching time available throughout your package

10 hour coaching package pricing:

Online: $2595 + GST

In-person (Perth metro): $3215 + GST

A session by session coaching engagement consists of single 1 to 1.5 hour sessions that are purchased and accessed one at a time.

Session by session coaching rates:

Online: $210 / hr + GST

In-person (Perth metro): $290 / hr + GST

You may wish to commence your session by session coaching engagement with The Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations (iWAM) performance tool, including your online completion of the tool, 2 hour individual debrief of your results, and 3 written reports for you to keep. iWAM rates for session by session coaching:

Online iWAM debrief: $755 + GST

In-person iWAM debrief (Perth metro): $895 + GST
